Eviny Termo is the third-largest district heating provider in Norway, delivering approximately 350 GWh of district heating annually across the Bergen and Førde regions. The company supplies renewable heating to residential buildings, offices, schools, hospitals, and public infrastructure, largely based on renewable and recovered energy sources.
As part of a broader modernization journey, Eviny Termo sought more scalable and flexible systems to support customer management, billing, and operational integration. The company was looking for a modern platform with modular architecture, open APIs capable of efficiently exchanging information with surrounding systems, and intuitive functionality that would enable greater self-service and operational efficiency.
Approach:
Eviny conducted a thorough RFP process and selected UtilityCloud from a range of potential providers. UtilityCloud was chosen not only for its functional capabilities, but even more so for Eviny’s confidence in UtilityCloud’s commitment to supporting district heating requirements and acting as a strong long-term partner — proactively helping recommend improvements to both operations and supporting systems.
